“This guy exudes musical magic!”

--Steve Szymanski, V.P. of Planet Bluegrass

(Promoters of Telluride Bluegrass Festival and Rocky Mountain Folks Festival)

…an amazing musician!  His live show is stunning in its use of electronics, real-time looping and musicality.       I can't say enough good about Arthur Lee Land.”
“Arthur is a well traveled musical ambassador of optimism. His Afro/Americana inspiration and strong musicianship, combined with forward thinking technology, provide an impressive and entertaining experience.”

--Joe Craven, Multi-Instrumentalist Musician and Recording Artist

“Dragonfly bubbles with positive energy and coherently covers an impressive range of styles and moods from beginning to end...Arthur has put together one of the best albums of the year!"

--Wilton Elder, Program Director, radioioJAM.com

"...the substance and confidence you hear through its 13 cuts is no illusion, but the product of a guy who's hitting his stride not one minute too soon. Dragonfly showcases Land's buoyant concoction."

--David Kirby, Boulder Weekly

“The album is extremely good…Land is coming up with his own acoustic rock sound, at its best on the title track.”

--Stewart Oksenhorn, The Aspen Times

"...fresh musical innovation....Lee Land is moving and captures my imagination."

--Paul J. Goetz, The Canyon Current

"...Land's uplifting hybrid...an earth-toned blend of djembe, congas and every unplugged bluegrass instrument this side of the jug...well-penned...satisfying long-player."

--John La Briola, The Denver Westword

“Arthur Lee Land has become a glowing jam guru in the local (Colorado) scene and doesn’t seem to be fading anytime soon.”

--Marquee Magazine, 2005 Front Row Awards - Voted Best Singer/Songwriter

"Afrograss folk-rock is an ambitious hybrid combining drumming styles that Land picked up on a trip to West Africa with bluegrass, folk and acoustic rock. It's soulful, spiritual music that's meant to "open the heart and bring joy into people's lives," he says."

--Eric Schmidt, Boulder Daily Camera

"The Latest Fusion: Afrograss...it is hard denying that this unique vision has great potential."

--Glenn Burnsilver, Fort Collins Weekly
